We ship via USPS & can add insurance upon request at an additional cost to you. If you need an order sooner than expected TAT, please reach us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your order will ship in your requested timeframe before the order is placed.
Before you place your order, it is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct. If you move or the address is incorrect, please contact your local Post Office to have them hold your packages for you. We are unable to change an address after an order was placed.
If an order you have placed was sent back to us by the USPS, YOU are responsible to pay for the additional shipping charges that may occur to resend said package. We will not refund in the event that this happens. If you choose to not pay the additional shipping charges, you forfeit your order.
Once our items are in the hands of USPS, please contact them with any issues you may encounter.
We currently have a 7-10 business day turnaround time. Our business days are Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm/EST. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. With major holidays approaching, our TAT may be extended. Please follow our facebook group for up to date news.
